The Phase II project of the Baiyun International Conference Center is located in Baiyun New Town. It is developed by Guangzhou Yuexiu Group Yucheng Corporation and serves as a world-class international conference complex, combining high-end conference facilities, exhibitions, banquets, and VIP reception functions.

Lighting plays a crucial role in shaping the ambiance of a space, acting as a vehicle that can reshape the order and beauty of light and shadow. The interior design of the space is characterized by a well-structured and cohesive layout. Uniform lighting is employed to meet the fundamental functional needs of the area, while also aligning with the ceiling and facade designs to create a sense of continuity. This clever utilization of lighting helps to define different levels within the space.

The space is intelligently controlled and divided into three main scenes: welcoming mode, conference mode, and cleaning mode, each catering to specific usage scenarios. The welcoming mode exudes a grand and imposing atmosphere, emphasizing a sense of ceremony that resonates with participants. In conference mode, a gentle and comfortable environment is created, with lighting carefully adjusted to achieve optimal visual effects. This allows attendees to meet their functional needs while experiencing a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The cleaning mode addresses basic maintenance requirements while promoting eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices.

The combination of transparent and radiant decorative lanterns with focused downlights creates a luminous and inviting banquet hall. This design showcases an inclusive and contemporary aesthetic, accentuating the architectural features and enriching the spatial hierarchy. It embodies the spirit of the times and reflects an international perspective within the interior design.

The front lobbies and corridors on each floor are illuminated with uniform lighting, highlighting the architectural elements and emphasizing a feeling of grandeur and organization that befits a venue of national significance.

Each area's artistic decorative paintings are highlighted with focused lighting to serve as visual focal points within the space, enabling viewers to have a more profound experience of Lingnan culture.
